This pole called “Earth Balance” was inspired by living beside the Salish Sea and also being close to the Forest.

The wood used was Yellow Cedar and is locally sourced on the Sunshine Coast.
The glass used in this piece is green and blue Semi Opalescent glass which is stunning when the sun come through. The base is Red Cedar.

This would be a fun piece to backlight showcasing the magical play of light day or night, indoors or outdoors.
