This piece is called “Salish Blue”

The Glass used in this Stained Glass Pole is a variety of Semi opalescent and clear coloured water glass.
The prisms of blue colour shines through with the sunlight behind it.
The wood is Red Cedar and is locally harvested on the Sunshine Coast.

The Inspiration for this piece comes from my lifetime on the Sunshine Coast and love for the Salish Sea.
This pole was sold to a friend Lori who just loves it! I can make something close to this piece if I have Local Cedar and glass available.
